Culture Leads LLC is a professional partnership I co-founded with long-time collaborator Cameron Lister; our ethos is shaped by a unique blend of imaginative and analytical approaches underpinned by data-driven, evidence-based principles.
We formed Culture Leads LLC to manage our professional consulting, speaking, creative works, books/media, and workshops. Our bespoke, targeted consulting engagements are with a select clientele. Theo draws from his unique background and offers provocative insights, backed by Cameron’s data science expertise, that expand perceptions of the possible and valuable. Culture Futurist® keynotes and workshops merge the art and science of wonder with innovation. Presented in an interactive, pop culture style, Theo is a vanguard in deciphering complex science into edutainment with mind-expanding questions and practical insights for applying research in organizations of all kinds.

CWI pioneered a new way for measuring how organizational culture impacts workforce inclusion by measuring hope, trust, belonging. The indexed score proved predictive of employee performance, retention, engagement, and, ultimately, the innovation capacity of an organization to perform in the marketplace.
